Features of silent Container generator

Compared with the indoor generators,silent generator has obvious advantages in delivery time,the approval process is relatively simplified, the short installation period, the short commissioning period, and the shortened delivery period means the rapid recovery of a large amount of funds.For the indoor installation,the unit transportation is more convenient, the maintenance space is larger, and the overall impact on the environment is relatively small.

Four factors should be considered in the current domestic silent generator design.

1. Silent generator is as a power supply equipment, it is first necessary to consider the power output, what type of cable choice, and how the outlet mode is. In addition to the generator, there are other low-voltage supporting equipment in the container. Designers must clarify the type of equipment and power supply demand of these equipment when starting the design again.Reserve market capacity and power interfaces in advance, and excuses for control cables.

2. In order to reduce the overall noise of the container, and to do more and better protection for the container, the size of the container noise reduction container is relatively large, and the permeability rate will be reduced.The consequence of this is to affect the ventilation and heat dissipation of the entire unit.Therefore, in the design of silent generator , the whole container inlet and exhaust air resistance must be clearly calculated, to avoid exceeding the cooling system limit of the diesel generator.

3. In general, a daily fuel tank will be set in the container. The capacity of the daily fuel tank does not have to be limited to the limit of 1m³ of the diesel generator  installed in the indoor daily fuel tank. The daily fuel tank capacity inside the container-type diesel generator  equipment can be slightly larger.

4. Focus on some protective considerations of container-type diesel generator. In the south, the focus is on rain prevention. In addition to rain prevention, the north should also consider preventing catkins, snow, cold and warm.For the fire control system, the fire control system used inside the container usually uses sevofopropane fire extinguishing system. The fire control system is often linked with the oil supply system, when the fire alarm, at the same time the daily fuel in the tank quickly discharge, to avoid further spread of fire.
