There are 5 reasons for the coolant non-circulation as follows:

1. The radiator fins are blocked or damaged. It will cause the cooling fan does not work, so that the temperature of the cooling liquid cannot be lowered, and the cooling fins are rusted, causing liquid leakage and poor circulation.

2. The coolant level is too low or does not meet the requirements. If the liquid level is too low, it can directly cause the temperature of the cooling liquid to rise so that the cooling liquid does not circulate. The cooling liquid is 50% antifreeze + 50% softened water + DCA4 according to the regulations. If it does not meet the regulations, it will cause the pipeline blockage, rust in the pipe wall. so that the coolant can not circulate normally. Before starting the generator, carefully check whether the coolant meets the requirements and check whether the coolant leaks.

3. The water pump failure. Check whether the water pump works well. If it is found that the gear shaft of the water pump is worn out, it means that the water pump has no effect, and it needs to be replaced before the circulation can be normal.

4. The thermosta faulty. The engine combustion chamber is equipped with the thermocontroller to control the engine combustion chamber temperature, which must be fully opened at the specified temperature (82 degrees). Without the thermostat, the coolant cannot maintain the circulating temperature and may produce a low temperature alarm.

5. Air is mixed in the cooling system, causing the pipeline to be blocked. Damage to the suction and exhaust valves on the expansion tank also directly affects the circulation. At this time, should always check whether their pressure values meet the regulations.The suction pressure is 10kpa,The exhaust pressure is 40kpa,In addition, whether the exhaust pipe is unblocked is also an important reason for affecting the circulation.
